Workshop 1 and 3: A nature experience to empower change makers
How do I meet others with presence, authenticity and strength during my day? How do I use nature to slowdown, become grounded, centered and mindful? This session will focus on practices that can be a catalyst to make you present, focused and clear when you meet opportunities as they arise. It will be more practice and less words. You will practice to respectfully listen to nature as a source of inspiration and still your own mind- You may learn to separate the petty stuff from the important.
Workshop 2: Fire-side stories – exploring our leadership challenges
How be present, clear and courageous amidst our busy and fast paced lives? To bring in new technology and innovation for our sustainable future we need strong leadership! This session will explore the need for strong leadership today, what practices are needed, and how nature can help us cultivate these practices. It will be a friendly fireside setting where you are invited to listen to stories, to how you might practice and what calls you. Listen to nature and to yourself.
Feedback from the session:
“I realized that I needed time in nature, but I didn´t understand before this that it would give me so much more. After a short meditative session where we reconnected with the earth, we were all invited to share a memory of leadership. It was a really strong experience to receive the stories of others as a gift and to share your own. I recommend each and everyone to participate in such a session. Make it for your team at work or make it for your own wellbeing.”
